Payment is split into two charges of $749 each. The first $749 is charged when you sign up. The second $749 is charged only after we've connected you with at least 5 local businesses, ready to refer jobs to you — within 7 business days.

This guarantee applies only if we can find at least 1,000 businesses in your local area to contact. If we cannot find at least 1,000 businesses in your local area to contact, there is no guarantee and the second $749 will not be charged.

Since the second $749 is only charged after we've connected you with at least 5 potential partners, you have already received the promised service before the second payment is taken. If we fail to connect you with at least 5 potential referral partners within 7 business days, the second $749 will not be charged and we will continue working for free until we set you up with 5 potential partners.

The 7-business-day guarantee only applies if we can find at least 1,000 businesses in your local area to contact. If fewer than 1,000 businesses are available in your local area, there is no delivery guarantee — however, the second $749 will still not be charged until we have connected you with 5 potential partners.

We do not guarantee that you will end up signing a partnership contract or any other financial outcome. Our guarantee covers the introduction of potential partners only, not the results of your conversations with them. By "connect" we mean that the person has agreed to be contacted by email or phone.

All outreach messaging goes through us. Before we send anything, you confirm the messages. After you confirm, we apply any changes you've requested to the message — but there is no need for you to confirm again once you've given your approval.

We always use best practices for results. This means we don't have to run the outreach exactly the way you want it if our experience suggests a different approach performs better. Our goal is to connect you with quality partners, and we optimise for that outcome.

PartnerSnipr connects you with potential referral partners. We do not guarantee that any of these connections will turn into signed agreements, paid referrals, or any specific financial result. The success of any partnership depends on factors outside our control, including your offer, your relationship with the partner, and market conditions.

By purchasing PartnerSnipr, you agree to these terms in full. You agree to provide accurate information about your business, your service area, and your offer, and to respond to partner introductions in a timely manner.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, misleading, or abusive purpose, and not to misrepresent your business to potential partners.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
